SV	Toen zeide zij: Ik begeer van u een enige kleine begeerte, wijs mijn aangezicht niet af. En de koning zeide tot haar: Begeer, mijn moeder, want ik zal uw aangezicht niet afwijzen.
WLC	וַתֹּ֗אמֶר שְׁאֵלָ֨ה אַחַ֤ת קְטַנָּה֙ אָֽנֹכִי֙ שֹׁאֶ֣לֶת מֵֽאִתָּ֔ךְ אַל־תָּ֖שֶׁב אֶת־פָּנָ֑י וַיֹּֽאמֶר־לָ֤הּ הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ שַׁאֲלִ֣י אִמִּ֔י כִּ֥י לֹֽא־אָשִׁ֖יב אֶת־פָּנָֽיִךְ׃
Trans.	watō’mer šə’ēlâ ’^aḥaṯ qəṭannâ ’ānōḵî šō’eleṯ mē’itāḵə ’al-tāšeḇ ’eṯ-pānāy wayyō’mer-lāh hammeleḵə ša’ălî ’immî kî lō’-’āšîḇ ’eṯ-pānāyiḵə:

AC	כ ותאמר שאלה אחת קטנה אנכי שאלת מאתך--אל תשב את פני ויאמר לה המלך שאלי אמי כי לא אשיב את פניך
ASV	Then she said, I ask one small petition of thee; deny me not. And the king said unto her, Ask on, my mother; for I will not deny thee.
BE	Then she said, I have one small request to make to you; do not say, No, to me. And the king said, Say on, my mother, for I will not say, No, to you.
Darby	Then she said, I desire one small petition of thee; refuse me not. And the king said to her, Ask, my mother, for I will not refuse thee.
ELB05	Und sie sprach: Ich habe eine kleine Bitte an dich; weise mich nicht ab! Und der König sprach zu ihr: Bitte, meine Mutter, denn ich werde dich nicht abweisen.
